What is D2Pass?

D2Pass is not a video site. It is the shared account and transaction layer used for registration, login, and payment across selected DTI-related services.

D2Pass is owned and operated by DTI Services, Inc. A D2Pass ID is used to complete actions and transactions within the service.

Creating a D2Pass account is free. If you come through an affiliate link or the official site join page, a D2Pass ID is automatically issued as part of the registration — you do not need to create a separate D2Pass account in advance. You can also create a D2Pass account directly at d2pass.com before joining any site.

D2Pass account vs site membership

D2Pass account ≠ site membership. Creating a D2Pass account does not automatically start a paid membership. A site membership is paid access to a specific site or plan — purchased separately through the official join flow.

One D2Pass ID covers all DTI member sites. Each site requires its own separate membership, but all memberships are tied to the same D2Pass account.

Your D2Pass ID is your email address. The email you enter at registration becomes your login ID across all DTI member sites. There is no separate username to remember.

Card details are stored once. After your first registration, your credit card information is saved to your D2Pass account. Why Your Card Shows "DTI SERVICES" or "KINGSUMMIT"

If you see an unfamiliar charge on your credit card statement, this section explains why.

Your card statement will not show the site name. Charges from Caribbeancom, 1pondo, HEYZO, or 10musume do not appear under those names. Instead, the charge will appear as one of the following:

  • DTI SERVICES, INC. — the company that owns and operates D2Pass, based in El Segundo, California, USA.
  • KINGSUMMIT (or King Summit Enterprises Limited) — the entity that provides purchased products and services, registered in Cyprus.

This is normal and expected. Both are legitimate entities in the D2Pass billing chain.

If you see one of these charges and don't recognize it, check the following before contacting your bank:

  1. Did you or a family member create a D2Pass account and join a DTI site?
  2. Log in at d2pass.com to review your membership history and purchase records.
  3. Check the registered email address — a welcome or billing email was sent at the time of purchase.

If you genuinely do not recognize the charge after checking the above, contact D2Pass customer support directly. To resolve the issue, you will typically need to provide: the card number (first 2 and last 4 digits), the charge amount, the purchase date, and the name on the account. Note that disputing a charge with your card company without first contacting D2Pass may result in permanent account suspension.

How to Cancel

D2Pass has two separate cancellation operations:

  • A. Cancel a site membership — stops recurring billing for one site.
  • B. Close your D2Pass account — removes your entire D2Pass account.

You can do A without B. If you only want to stop being charged, A is enough.

A. Cancel a Site Membership

  1. Log in to your D2Pass account.
  2. Open Account → Membership Period / Cancel·Re-join (お支払い情報 → 会員期間/退会・再入会).
  3. Find the site you want to cancel and click "Cancel" (退会する).
  4. Fill in the cancellation form using half-width alphanumeric characters only.
  5. Submit the form.

A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address when the cancellation is processed. You can also check the status under My Messages → 利用/登録メール inside your account.

Deadline. The cancellation form must be submitted at least one day before the next billing date as shown in your account. D2Pass does not publicly state the exact cutoff time or timezone, so submit as early as possible on the day before to be safe.

After cancellation. You keep access to the site until your current paid period ends. Some sites have exceptions — confirm on the site's own page if needed.

Multiple sites. Each site has its own subscription. You must repeat the cancellation form for each site separately. There is no bulk-cancel option.

B. Close Your D2Pass Account

This is a separate procedure and is only needed if you want to remove your entire D2Pass account, not just stop a subscription.

  1. Cancel all active site memberships first (see A above).
  2. Log in to your D2Pass account.
  3. Use the D2Pass account closure form linked from the official help page.

Once you close your D2Pass account:

  • All access is revoked immediately, including site memberships still within their paid period.
  • The same email address can never be used to register a new D2Pass account.
  • To re-join later, you must use a different email address.

If You Miss the Cancellation Deadline

Recurring billing for that period is processed and is non-refundable. D2Pass policy states all sales are final, with no refunds and no cooling-off period. This applies to both monthly and annual memberships, including mid-term cancellations of annual plans.

Re-Joining After Cancellation

  • If you cancelled only a site membership and kept your D2Pass account: you can re-join the same site (or any other DTI site) with the same D2Pass ID at any time.
  • If you closed your D2Pass account: the original email address is permanently blocked. You will need a different email to register again.

Information D2Pass Does Not Publicly State

For an exact answer on the following, contact D2Pass customer support directly:

  • Exact cutoff time of the cancellation deadline and timezone
  • Sender address of the cancellation confirmation email
  • Whether your download history remains accessible after cancellation
  • Pro-rated refund handling for mid-term annual cancellations

How the Join Flow Works

  1. Find a site on JAV Whispers and click the official join link.
  2. A D2Pass ID is automatically issued when you complete registration — or log in if you already have one.
  3. Select a membership plan and review billing terms.
  4. Confirm the renewal date, accepted cards, and the cancellation form location.
  5. Complete payment only after all terms are clear.

JAV Whispers does not process your payment. Payment, account creation, and cancellation are handled through D2Pass or the official site-side flow.

Payment and Credit Cards

D2Pass uses credit card billing for paid memberships. Monthly and annual members are billed automatically until cancellation is completed.

If a registered card is declined, D2Pass may automatically charge another registered card on file.

All sales are final. No refunds, including partial refunds. No cooling-off period. If you are in the EU or UK, note that D2Pass terms do not provide a statutory cooling-off period for these digital services.

D2 Points

D2Pass has a point system called D2 Points. Points are earned through paid services, daily logins, content reviews, and other activities. Earned points can be exchanged for videos, live chat points, and other rewards. Points cannot be converted to cash. Earning rates and available rewards vary — confirm current details on the official D2Pass page.

D2Pass Premium

D2Pass Premium may include benefits such as higher point earning rates, coupons, exclusive videos, extra download allowance, and renewal bonus points. Because campaigns and rates change, confirm current benefits on the official page before paying.

Personal Information

D2Pass collects personal and billing information at registration, including name, address, email, payment details, IP address, and account activity. This information may be shared with related companies and contracted third parties for service operation, and with law enforcement when legally required. After account closure, personal information may be retained for up to seven years under IRS rules before being destroyed.

Is D2Pass the same as a DTI video site membership? No. D2Pass is the account and transaction layer. A site membership is paid access to a specific site or plan, purchased separately.

Does JAV Whispers handle my payment? No. JAV Whispers links to the official join flow. Payment and account processing are handled through D2Pass or the official site.

What happens if I dispute a charge with my card company? D2Pass may permanently suspend your account if you file a chargeback without first contacting their support. If you have a billing question, contact D2Pass customer support directly before involving your bank.

Can I use D2Pass without a credit card? Currently, credit card is the primary payment method. Alternative payment options, if any, should be confirmed on the current official checkout page.
